The project proposes to create a cen- trality with the appearance of a small district, marked by a strong identity by its construction mode, its density, and the public and private spaces it proposes. Indeed, it is the choice of the wood which induces a notion of assembly of ele- ments which thus determines a measure, a predefined frame. The very identity of the project is guided by its constructive framework, whether on a small or large scale. The project is thus is thus divided into three zones. The first is located in front of the street with a mineral mineral aspect. This very mineral aspect aspect of the ground extends to the façade, proposing to host a coworking space cafeteria, a bookstore and stores. The second zone is characterized by the appearance of a very vegetalized heart of the plot with open ground (+40% of the plot), greenhouses, a park for child- ren and permaculture. The third zone of the project is located at the edge and bottom of the plot. These are buil- dings with private gardens. As for the buildings, it is a typical plot that va- ries in height, rotation and symmetry by proposing corner housing. These apartments range from T2 to T5 with the appearance of duplexes that offer a loggia on a double height.
